Mrs. Reena Panchal is founder member of he Foundation. She started a preschool in 2015 with the 6 student with 2 teacher & 1 maid in Molarband Village, Badarpur, New Delhi. She has done MBA/BCOM & handled the HR department in Metafrique Group. Currently She Is handling the Shiny Star Kids Paradise Play School (Play To UKG) since starting.

Mr. Varun Panchal is the founder member and Trustee of the foundation. He supported the preschool since 2015 as financial. He was a former finance manager in Allied Group (Power Sector) and handling the Expansion project of Sail from 2011 to 2016.

Mr Neeraj Kumar has join the originations in 2021 as secretary. He has many year of experience in auto industry. He has social worker also.

Mr. Manoj Nagar held the post of Legal Expert in Tecimo Educational Foundation since 2019, He is a lawyer and he worked in ICICI Bank as legal expert also & currently working as legal lawyer in Faridabad district court also.

Mr. Vinay Kumar Sharma held the post of general secretary in Tecimo Educational Foundation since Apr 2020, He is an pathologists and he is a businessman also.

Mr. Ajay Pandey held the post of secretary in Tecimo Educational Foundation since 2019, He is an engineer and he worked in Aditya Birla Group & currently working in Tata Group as BDM also.

Mr Sanjeev Singh has joined the originations in 2020, as volunteer and has 10 year experience as social worker in different originations, and he is a author & youth leader also in Bhartiya Sadbhawna Sangh.
